A Terrible Secret is a play by W.R. Waldron (William Richard Waldron, fl. 1850s-1890s)[1].

The original text

The author was a prolific 19th century theatre manager, actor, director and playwright, who authored or co-authored at least twenty-nine plays. A Terrible Secret was apparently first performed on 30 September 1889.

1867: Performed by "Le Roy's Original Company" in the Theatre Royal, Cape Town on 28 March and 1 April, with Municipal Muddles, or Love in the Dark (Utting) and My Wife's Second Floor (Morton).
