A Marriage Has Been Arranged is a one-act play written in 1904 by English author, dramatist and translator Alfred Sutro [1] (1863-1933).

The play premiered at the Garrick Theatre in London, on March 27, 1904.

Translations and adaptations

Performance history in South Africa

1932: Presented by the Repertory Theatre Society, later known as the Cape Town Repertory Theatre Society, performed on 25 July with The Bride by Gertrude Jennings and Becky Sharp by Oliver Conway.

1954: Presented by The Cambridge Players in aid of Claremont Hebrew School funds on 1 May starring Percy Sieff.
