("Grandpa and Grandma sit on the porch") by Leon Kruger. A comedy about an old couple, Stanley and Deborah Vermeulen, reminiscing about their lives and their marriage. Based on the popular Radio Sonder Grense serial Kniediep. Originally directed in 2009 by Leon Kruger, with Johan Botha and Lida Botha. Later taken on tour of the festivals and followed in 2011 by a second play Oupa en Ouma sit op die stoep en raak romanties ("Grandpa and Grandma sit on the porch and get romantic") also by Leon Kruger.
In 2012 this concept was turned into a situation comedy for KykNet TV, written and directed by Leon Kruger.
