Michéal Mac Liammoír

Micheál Mac Liammóir (born Alfred Willmore) (1899–1978) [1] was an English-born Irish actor, dramatist, impresario, writer, poet and painter.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He was brought to South Africa in 1962 by Taubie Kushlick and the National Theatre for a tour of his his one-man show about Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Oscar.
