Ma Tante Aurora, ou Le Roman Impromptu
Ma Tante Aurora, ou Le Roman Impromptu ("My aunt Aurora, or the impromptu novel") is an opéra comique in two acts by Charles de Longchamps, (1768-1832)[1] and François Adrien Boieldieu, (1775-1834)[2].

First performed in Paris 13. Jan. 1803 as a three act work, then again on 15 January in its final form,. Published by Boieldieu Jeune in the same year.

Performance history in South Africa
1833: Performed in Cape Town on 24 October by visiting French performers on their way to the Île de Bourbon (i.e. Île de Réunion), with Le Bal d'Ouvriers (Desnoyers and Varin) as afterpiece.
