Alan Dobie (Russel) [1]. (1932-) British actor.
Trained at the London Old Vic Theatre School and performed in more than 117 productions during his 46-year career.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Visited South Africa in 1957 to play Jimmy Porter in Taubie Kushlick’s production of John Osborne’s Look Back in Anger at the Brooke Theatre.
