Iphigenia in Aulis is a tragedy by Euripides. Translated into English by Apostolis Melachrinos. *** Staged in 1963 at the Johannesburg Civic Theatre and the ** in Cape Town by the Athens Drama Company which Leon Gluckman had brought out to tour South Africa and Rhodesia. Directed by Costis Michaelides, starring Aleka Katselis, Maria Moscholiou and Costas Kazakos among others.

Translated into Afrikaans (Iphigeneia in Aulis) by J.P.J. van Rensburg, published by Human & Rousseau, 1967. This version was presented by Universiteitsteater Stellenbosch in 1964.
