DAVID KRUT PUBLISHING (DKP) Established in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1997 when David Krut produced the first major publication on William Kentridge in CD-ROM format, then going on to publish several more titles on Kentridge, as well as a range of other books on contemporary South African art and architecture. Today DKP publishes high quality books on contemporary South African art and architecture with the intention of encouraging an awareness of the wealth of creative talent in South Africa and promoting local writing on a range of subjects. Two theatre-related works are The Magic Flute, edited by Bronwyn Law-Viljoen (2007) and Handspring Puppet Company, edited by Jane Taylor (2009)
