Engelbrecht, Neels. Actor. Studied at the University of Stellenbsoch Drama Department until 1983, where he had roles in Filumena, The Zoo Story, Die Keiser and The Crucible. He was nominated for a Fleur du Cap for his performance in Equus in 1983. He subsequently worked freelance in Johannesburg on stage, television and in film. He performed in Taraboemdery as Koot in 1986.
