Barry van der Linde Bied Aan (Barry van der Linde presents...). Comedy (Afrikaans). Text by Jaco Botha. Performed at the Oudsthoorn Festival, 2013. Directed by Frans Swart, with Ben Kruger. It is the opening of the Afrikaans superstar Duke Vermeulen's big Comeback Tour. The man behind this champagne event is the West Rand promoter Barry van der Linde. However, Duke doesn't pitch up and Barry must play for time.
