All is not Gold that Glitters or The Factory Girl, a beautiful pathetic play by Chettle and Rowley, performed on 27 April 1858 in the Cape Town Theatre, 13 May 1861 the opening night of the newly completed Theatre Royal (p 100), final performance 11 April 1862 (112).
