LAUBSCHER, Tessa. (19*-) Actress who turned sculptress. She starred in Colette’s Gigi which was staged by the Reps to celebrated their twenty-fifth anniversary in 1953. She was also seen as Rosalind opposite John Rudd’s Orlando in As You Like It, directed by Taubie Kushlick for Children's Theatre. It was staged at Rhodes Park in 1953. Starred in Christopher Isherwood’s I Am A Camera which was staged by Ruth Oppenheim and company at the Windmill Theatre. ***(Tucker, 1997)
