The Paper Body Collective is a theatre company based in Cape Town established by Aja Marneweck in 2004.
About the company
The Paper Body Collective have performed in South Africa, Czech Republic, Nairobi, Finland and Sweden and toured to France and Belgium in 2009. The company creates its theatre of difference through its 'avant garde' edge and total theatre approach to structure, image, narrative, choreography and representation. They are a vital contribution to developing women's multi-modal visual performance in South Africa today.
