Flennie die Snare is a posthumous tribute to the academic and regional writer Boerneef, compiled and written by Frans Swart

2017: Performed from 5 tot 8 Julie in die Nelspruit Hoërskool-ouditorium at the Innibos Laeveldse Nasionale Kunstefees. Frans Swart compiled and directed the musical tribute, with a star studded cast and production team that included Chris Chameleon, Anna Davel, Johny Klein, Daniella Deysel, Jaconell Mouton (musical director), Mauritz Lotz and Riaan van Rensburg.
