University of Pretoria Drama Department

The Universiteit van Pretoria Drama Departement

Founded in 1965 by Professor Geoff Cronjé, it was first named the Departement Dramatologie ("Department Dramatology"), later renamed the Universiteit van Pretoria Drama Departement.

In the begiinnign of the 21st century all the arts Departments (including Drama) were incorporated into a larger entity known as the School of the Arts, and referred to as The School of the Arts: Drama at the University of Pretoria
