Die Byl refers to two titles:
- Die Byl (“The Axe”) is a play by C. Louis Leipoldt. One-act. Cast: men. Published in Vier Uitgesoekte Eenbedrywe (Afr. Pers-Boekhandel).
- Die Byl is a TV series (2016-) that follows the life and work of Piet van Bijl (based on real detective Piet Byleveld), a brilliant sleuth who specialises in tracking serial killers.
