Confused Mhlaba is a play by Kayalethu Mqayisa.

A one-act play concerned with the problems of black identity in the 1970s, the play appears submissive and anti-revolutionary because of its plea for political moderation.

First performed in 1973, then at the University of the Witwatersrand*? in 1974, banned in 1975. First published by Ravan Press in 1974.

Gosher, 1988).
