The play Devised by the cast under the direction of Rob Murray, Following the incredible response we had to this production at the 2009 National Arts Festival and the run at the Intimate Theatre in November, we are delighted to be presenting it as part of Out the Box Festival of Puppetry and Visual Performance,” says Director, Rob Murray.
“It is once again an honour to be part of this Festival, performing alongside some of the leading local and international names in visual theatre.”
Devised by the cast under the direction of Rob Murray, QUACK! features masks by Unima SA’s CEO and 2010 Standard Bank Young Artist Award winner for theatre, Janni Younge, who has also been nominated for a Fleur du Cap Award for her masks in QUACK!. Sound design is by 2008 ABSA L'atelier winner, James Webb and Brydon Bolton; set design and props by Jesse Kramer; and costume design by Leila Anderson.

2009: Performed at the National Arts Festival in July, directed by Rob Murray with Daniel Buckland, Liezl de Kock, Emilie Starke, Marlon Snyders, Jori Snell, Tomri Steyn and Christopher Beukes. Masks by Janni Younge, sound design by James Webb and Brydon Bolton, set design and props by Jesse Kramer and costume design by Leila Anderson.
2009: Performed at the Intimate Theatre in November.
2010: Performed in the Arena Theatre at the [Out The Box Festival]] in March
