Visions is a short play by Athol Fugard (1932-).

The play

The play was inspired by the 'outsider' art of Nuking Mabusa, and tells the story of a grandfather near death and a grandson taking over his creative role. The play shows people being creative in ways that make life worth living, and gives an example of Fugard's humour.

The play appears to be an early version/title of Figure's play, The Painted Rocks at Revolver Creek (2015).
