Zones of Peace is a workshopped play devised by David Haynes, Anton Burggraaf and cast.

Based on the Declaration of Childrens Rights[], the piece was improvised by the directors and cast.

Translations and adaptations

Performance history in South Africa

1989: First performed in the UCT Arena Theatre on 10 March, 1989. Directed by David Haynes, assisted by Anton Burggraaf, performed by them along with Thembile Pepeteka, Alan Glauber, Yvette Hardie, Nazli George, Deirdre Wolhuter, Nigel Maister, Satara Lester. The stage manager was Heather Schiff.
