The South African Rock Music Digest is a weekly online, open access e-magazine about South African rock and pop music: past, present and future.

It is also referred to as The SA Rock Digest or simply The Digest.

Founded on 27th January 1999 by Brian Currin and Stephen "Sugar" Segerman, it was initially published from 1999 to 2004 to ptovide information and discussions on : past, present and future. .

It was re-established in 2009, as part of Sugar Music, embracing social media tools and platforms.
