F.J. Blackman (fl. 1900) was an actor.

He is mentioned as a member of the Gaiety Company under the management of the Wheeler Brothers when it did a second run of The Merry Widow's at the Cape Town Opera House at the start of 1909. He apparently replaced Frank Wheeler in the role of "Prince Danilo".
