Fred Billington was a British singer and actor.

He was a member of a company that presented a season of Savoy opera at the Opera House Cape Town in 1906, under the management of Wheeler and Smith, in a season that included Iolanthe , Yeoman of the Guard, H.M.S. Pinafore and Patience.
