by Zakes Mda. A play dealing with corruption and bureaucracy in Lesotho and Southern Africa, through the eyes of two women waiting in line to get food. First performed by the Meso Theatre Group of Lesotho in 1988, and taken to the Edinburgh Festival. First published in Zakes Mda: Four Works, Vivlia, 1996.
