Biography
She worked for the Strand Theatre and Charles Arnold's English Comedy Company, going on international tours with Arnold inter alia visiting Australia and South Africa, appearing in plays such as The World Against Her (), Captain Fritz (Hamilton), The Private Secretary (Von Moser) and Charley's Aunt (Thomas) in Australia (1894-5) and in An Empty Stocking (), What Happened to Jones (Broadhurst), The Professor's Love Story (), Hans the Boatman (Greene), Why Smith Left Home () and The Grey Parrot () during the 1900-1902 South African and Australian season.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She was a member of the cast of What Happened to Jones (Broadhurst), performed by Charles Arnold and the touring London company, when they played in South Africa in January of 1900.
