Accofrding to he was the author of a play called A Place of Safety.

Given the nature of them of the play, this could possibly be Peter du Preez (-2017)[1], a Professor of Psychology at UCT from 1977 to 1999, who had been at Rhodes University for a period - possibly in the 1960s and may have become involved in the playwriting project run by .
