Bloke is a musical play scripted by Mothobi Mutloatse, with original music by Thabang Masemola and Jonas Gwangwa.

The original text

Based on Drum writer William ‘Bloke’ Modisane's autobiography Blame Me on History (1963). Bloke Modisane was one of South Africa’s leading black intellectuals of the 1950s and 1960s and this musical was a celebration of his genius.
