Hugh C. Buckler is the name of a British actor.
Mentioned by D.C. Boonzaier (1923) as a promising young actor who visited Cape Town in 1904 as a member of the Frawley Company, inter alia playing "De Neipperg" in Madame .
Boonzaier says he lost track of Buckler after the Cape visit, but it may possibly be a reference to the stage and film actor later known simply as Hugh Buckler (1881-1936)[1].
