Tau is a play by I. Pinchuk. An agit-prop play, primarily written in Sesotho and dealing with the expropriation of African farms and the way workers were treated on the farms. First performed in 1940 at the African National Theatre (ANT) festival by the Bantu People's Theatre (BPT). (See The Native Who Caused All the Trouble on the same theme.)
