1862: Performed as A.S.S. in the Garrison Theatre, Keiskama Hoek, on 12 November by the Amateurs of the Band (North Lincolnshire Regiment of Foot) with a cast consisting of J. Davies (Mr Diogenes Hunter), J. F. Gay (Anthony Sniggles), W. Allan (Adolphus), T. Smith (Mrs Hunter), J. Newnham (Sophia). Also performed was Luke the Labourer (Buckstone).
