A comprehensive directory on arts and culture in contemporary South Africa, first published in 1999. Compiled and edited by Mike van Graan and Tammy Ballantyne, of the Article 27 consultancy company. The 2002-2003 edition was published by David Philip Publishers. The handbook provides contact details for public and private sector funding agencies, politicians and government officials at all levels of government responsible for arts and culture, theatres, galleries, museums, international and local festivals and events, print and electronic media, educational institutions and bursaries for arts education, and much more.
