Biography
Born in Pretoria on the 5th October, 1951.
Training
Studied at the Drama Department of the Unversity of Pretoria, obtaining a BA Hons in Drama. Neels Hansen was one of his lecturers.
Career
In 1977 joined SWAPAC in Windhoek, later spent a year with PACOFS in Bloemfontein, before turning freelance.
Chris became nationally know as one of the original cast members of the immensely popular Afrikaans TV-soap Sewende Laan since its inception. Over the years he has also run a theatre-restaurant (in Kalk Bay) and a number of antiques shops.

Performed as actor in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (PACOFS, 19**), Twaalfde Nag (with PACOFS, 19**), Die Kersietuin, Die Swanesang van Majoor Sommer, Die Vleiroos (Pieter-Dirk Uys, 1992), Die Jogger (Brink, 199*), Magspel (Opperman, 200*), ***, Twaalfde Nag (Oude Libertas/Baxter), 2005), My Vrou Se Man Se Lyk Se Tas (2013).
