Tromp Terre'Blanche, born in Kroonstad. He was one of the founder members of the Kroonstadse Teatergroep.
Tromp acted in amateur productions until he was offered a role by NTO (1951) in As ons twee eers getroud is and he had a role in Die Vrek (1951). After that he acted in films.
