Dutchman, by Everett LeRoi Jones

Dutchman is a play written by African-American playwright Amiri Baraka (1934-2014), born Everett LeRoi Jones [1]. It was the las play that he wrote using his birth name.

The play, which won an Obie Award.

The original text

Dutchman was first presented at the Cherry Lane Theatre in Greenwich Village, New York City, on March 1964.

The play was made into a film in 1967.
