M.O.M. Seboni (1912-1972) is an author, playwright and translator, writing in Setswana (or Tswana)

Born Michael Ontefetse Martinus Seboni in 1912.

Worked as teacher, Headmaster at a school in Nigel , and , having received a doctorate in education, became Professor of Empirical Education, Fort Hare. Died King Williamstown.

Seboni's many publications include Maboko Maloba le Maabane (1949, a book of praise poetry) and Kgosi Henry wa Bone (a Tswana translation of Henry IV, 1952).
