Ever Since Eve

Ever Since Eve is a musicalwith music and lyrics by Ralph Trewhela, book by Anthony Farmer and Ken Hooper.

Not to be confused with the 1937 romantic comedy film starring Marion Davies (in her final film) and Robert Montgomery Ever Since Eve [1].

Performance history in South Africa

Devised, designed, directed by Anthony Farmer and produced by him in association with Howard Hooper (Pty) Ltd, 1958 starring John Boulter, Olive Wright, Jane Corda, Helen Braithwaite, Jimmy Mentis, Reyna Caron, Ivor van Rensburg, Maureen Adair, Paddy O’Byrne, Shelagh Holliday and Jennifer Datnow. Costumes by Miriam Jacobsohn. Choreographers Gloria Fish and Tommy Tucker.

Taken on tour to Durban [Opera House?], Springs [Springs Theatre], Salisbury [Duthie Hall], Bulawayo [City Hall] and Camps Bay [the Camps Bay Civic Theatre or Hall], between November 1958 and January 1959. Intimate Theatre
