Full title: The Farce of the Modern Antiques, or The Merry Mourners.
First performed at the Theatre Royal, Smoke Alley 1792(?), and published in Dublin 1792.
Performance history in South Africa
1823: Performed in Cape Town by the English Theatricals amateur company in the Cape Town Theatre (i.e. the African Theatre), on 3 May, with Ways and Means (Colman Jr).
1823: Performed by the English Theatricals on 9 August 1823, with The Honey Moon (Tobin)
