Night is a play by Polish-Jewish novelist, dramatist, and essayist in the Yiddish language that settled in the United States, Sholem Asch (1880-1957) [1].

Presented by the Dramateers' with Molly Seftel and Charles Stodel amongst others in the cast, presented at the Library Theatre, Johannesburg during the Federation of Amateur Theatrical Societies of South Africa play festival in June 1950.
