[Steadman apparently has Mthethwe**] (18**-19**) Performer and producer, who - with his brother Esau - founded the Lucky Stars (also known as the Mthetwa Lucky Stars) in 1929, while a student at the Amanzimtoti College. Under his guidance numerous performers, mainly students from the college, performed dances and sketches in reconstructed Zulu costume and in the Zulu language. These included Ukuqomisa (Courting) and Umthakathi (Witch) by Esau Mthethwa.
