Gert van Tonder (19**-) is a singer, songwriter, broadcaster, composer, actor and naturopath.
He has master's degrees in psychology and metaphysics.
He started out as a singer, and was for 15 years a member of the very popular Afrikaans duo Groep 2. However, after leaving the group to carry on with a solo singing career, he began to concentrate on television and film work, as well as appearing in radio dramas and stage plays.
