Taxi! was a very popular radio series on Springbok Radio in the 1960's. It was produced by David Gooden, and written by Joe Stewardson, with George Korelin as Chuck, Tony Jay as Red, and Patricia Saunders as Mertyle. In 1970 it was made into a feature film also titled Taxi! [1], written and directed by Stewardson, with the same three actors in the leading roles.
