The Three Leaf Arts Awarda were a set of Western Cape awards for the arts, including theatre,
Originally introduced by the United Tobacco Company, who sponsored them until 1977, when the Oude Meester Foundation for the Performing Arts took over such awards, renaming the project the Fleur du Cap Theatre Awards in 1979. In 19** the foundation was renamed the Distell Foundation for the Arts, though the awards retained the same name.
The awards were made for the first time in 1965, for the preceding year's productions.
