His first stage appearance was in August 1964 in Vergelegen. Other productions include Die Nag van Legio, 1976, Bart Nel, Cyrano de Bergerac, Vat hom, Flaffie, Fiela se Kind, Die Plaasvervangers, 'n Wingerdstok Sal Rank, Mariana Pineda.
Films include Kaalgat tussen die Daisies (1997); Anderkant die Stilte (2012), Fiela se Kind (1988)
