A member of Vlyt en Kunst in Cape Town in the 1830s.
F.C.L. Bosman (1928) states (p. that he appeared in Clasius, of Het Proces om een Komedie-lootje (Boniface), on 19 July 1834, but on page 328 prints the cast list, which only contains the young man H. Ley.
