First produced by The Fountain Theatre, Los Angeles in 2004, directed by Stephen Sachs. The first South African production by the Baxter Theatre Centre, Cape Town in 2005, directed by Janice Honeyman, with Sean Taylor and Jason Ralph. First published by David Philip, 2005.
