DE KOKER, Joey. (1932-2014) Actress, teacher and director. * She starred in Pieter-Dirk Uys’s Karnaval, directed by Dawie Malan and also starring Lida Botha, Dale Cutts and Magda Beukes at Upstairs at the Market in 1981. Die Vleiroos (Pieter-Dirk Uys, 1992)** . She is the mother of actres Grethe Brazelle.
