(17**-18**) Musician, composer and music master, one of the best known in Cape Town at the beginning of the 19th century.
On 22 June 1815 he composed the music for Boniface's ballet Sappho, for production by Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense, with dances choreographed by Mr. Peterson.
