Jan Alleman van Suiderland ("Everyman/Common man of the Southern Country") is apparently an Afrikaans revue by W.A. de Klerk (1917-1996).

The original text

The entry was written in 2012 by an unnamed student contributor to ESAT, but unfortunately the source is not mentioned nor has any further information been found on it so far.

Given the fact that De Klerk was very much a conventional author and playwright, it is far more likely that this was no revue, but something like a "review" of a differently titled work by De Klerk. (TH)
