Op Pad na Acapulco ("On the Road to Acapulco") is a radio play by Chris Barnard (1939-2015).

The original text
A radio drama about Simon and his wife, Mia, who are wandering through a war-torn country on their way to Acapulco, a symbol of Paradise (or Utopia). This is unattainable, and the are continually exposed to violence, yet hope keeps them going.
The play was submitted as an entry for the prestigious international Italia-prize.
