(“Two are better than one”) by J.T. Martens. A religious-didactic one-act play based on a Bible verse from Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10, dealing with the need for missionaries in Masjonaland. It tells of a middle-aged missionary doctor who convinces a nurse to accompany him and two friends on a missionary expedition. Performed in 1967 in the church in Wolseley. Also performed in the Old Apostolic church in March 1968 by a group that would become Môrester Amateur Toneelgroep (MAT), and in Malmesbury in June 1968. (January, 1997: 26-27, 36-38) One-act. Cast: mixed. Published by N.G. Kerk.
